Secretary

Tiffany Ngeo is honored to serve as Secretary of the Multicultural (Re)Insurance Association (MRIA), bringing decades of experience in law and insurance.

Tiffany’s career encompasses law firm practice, in-house counsel, and claims handling. She is currently Assistant Vice President – Financial Lines Technical Underwriting Product Specialist II at Zurich North America, where she focuses on technical underwriting, product development, and regulatory filings. She previously worked at American International Group (AIG) as Senior Complex Claims Director and Assistant General Counsel, where she handled multi-million-dollar insurance coverage litigation and fidelity claims. She also served as in-house subrogation counsel at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and managed architects and engineers, personal injury, and property damage litigation at private law firms.

She has organized large-scale industry events and led initiatives that connect underwriting, claims, and legal teams to improve processes and share expertise. Tiffany has been recognized with multiple awards for her contributions, including being featured on the cover of the AIG Shareholder Annual Report. 

Beyond her professional role, she is passionate about community and leadership. She currently serves as Co-Chair and previously served as Event Lead of the Zurich Asian American Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group. She is also Vice President of Membership for ToastmasterZ.

Tiffany holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.
